Design Services

Church-Technologies consultants provide both design services that follow Standard Architectural Phases and deliverables customized to suit your project’s schedule and scope. Our scope can include some or all of the following services:

Mock-ups and Technology Demonstrations

Concept Design / Programming Phase
After a thorough review of the requirements of the design, new and emerging audiovisual technologies are presented for consideration. A Systems Narrative describing the system architecture, technology selections and performance criteria is initiated.

Schematic Design
Plan drawings and system block diagrams depict the equipment layouts, design intent, facility impact and connectivity of the system. A project budget is developed and presented to your staff and/or committee..

Design Development
Schematic designs from the previous phase are further developed and refined. Documents prepared by other engineers that affect the AVC systems design are reviewed. If required the system can be value engineered based on the churches needs.

Contract Documents
Drawings and documents are finalized. A formal bid specification is created that also provides vendor recommendations.

Bidding
If you hire Church-Technologies to design your systems and look to have additional integration firms provide bids , a thorough qualitative and quantitative analysis of all proposals and bids are provided.

Contract Administration
During this phase, Church-Technologies ensures that the AVC Systems are fabricated and installed to meet the requirements of the bid specifications. Written reports and punch lists evaluate the progress of the installation.
